2026 Migration to Decimal Fan Tokens

Fan Tokens™ now feature 18 decimal precision and are aligned with blockchain industry standards for digital assets, making them more versatile and accessible.

It’s a significant technical upgrade to Fan Tokens™, enabling fractional ownership and greater integration with decentralised applications, wallets and exchanges.

Making the upgrade is free and straightforward thanks to our online tool:

You may have to undergo the upgrade process multiple times depending on which Fan Tokens you are holding.

The upgrade can be carried out beginning in September 2025.

FAQ

Do I need to do anything if my Fan Tokens are on a centralised exchange?

No, most of the centralized exchanges will do migration on your behalf. Please keep following this page to see the progress of the migration for a given token.

While most exchanges will do the migration for you, please make sure to follow any communication or guidance on that subject that your exchange might share.

What if I hold my Fan Tokens in a self-custodial wallet (MetaMask, OKX Wallet)?

It’s your responsibility to complete this migration process. You need to connect your app with our migrational portal and proceed with the migration yourself.

It will automatically deduct all the balance of the Fan Token from your wallet and send you back the same amount as decimal version of the new Fan Token within a minute.

How to add Fan Tokens into self-custodial wallet after the migration?

If new Fan Tokens do not appear in your wallet even after completing the migration process, you need to add the token manually in your wallet then it will show up as a decimal version with the new contract address.
