# Jak używać MetaMask

**OSTRZEŻENIE**

MetaMask jest jednym z najpopularniejszych portfeli Web3. Z tego powodu jest bardziej narażony na oszustwa internetowe, cyberataki i włamania. Dlatego musisz zawsze dbać o bezpieczeństwo swojej **frazy seed**.

Aby zapobiec włamaniom, zalecamy **nierecordowanie** frazy seed MetaMask na komputerze ani żadnym urządzeniu przenośnym. Najbezpieczniej jest zapisać frazę seed na kartce papieru i przechowywać ją w bezpiecznym miejscu, do którego tylko Ty masz dostęp.
