# O walidatorach

Chiliz Chain opiera się na mechanizmie konsensusu Proof of Staked Authority (PoSA), zaprojektowanym w celu zapewnienia szybkich czasów bloków i kosztowo-efektywnych transakcji.

Zaawansowane funkcje bezpieczeństwa, w tym wykrywanie podwójnego podpisywania i mechanizmy slashingu, utrzymują integralność, stabilność i ostateczność łańcucha.

Tym mechanizmem konsensusu zarządzają głównie dwie kluczowe role:

* Walidatorzy, którzy są krytyczną częścią łańcucha. Tworzą i walidują bloki na przemian.
* Delegatorzy, którzy alokują swoje CHZ do pul walidatorów w celu uczestniczenia w zarządzaniu łańcuchem i zarabiania nagród.

W Chiliz Chain istnieje maksymalna ustalona liczba walidatorów tworzących bloki. Może też istnieć nieograniczona liczba aktywnych walidatorów, którzy nie tworzą bloków, ale są w kolejce na wypadek, gdy walidator tworzący bloki odejdzie offline lub zostanie „uwięziony".
